Hello, I'm Lucy Knight, and I serve on the nominating committee at Golden Age Home Assisted Living. Since moving to Lockhart in the early 1970s, I have been dedicated to contributing to the non-profit sector, including my involvement with Golden Age Home.

I have been fortunate to lead a very comfortable and rewarding life, and I firmly believe that with such good fortune comes the responsibility to give back to my community. For me, giving back means using my skills, education, and life experiences to benefit the organizations I am passionate about. Currently, my primary avenues for giving back include my roles as Vice-President of County Operations for the Lockhart office for Independent Title, involvement with the Lockhart Chamber of Commerce, Texas Exes - Caldwell County Chapter, and serving as a Trustee for Emmanuel Episcopal Church.

I am enthusiastic about the future of Golden Age Home and excited about the great plans we have in store. Working with an expanded board, I look forward to making these plans a reality and continuing to enhance the lives of our residents.
