Pricing
People desiring admission are welcomed into the Golden Age Home community. The prospective resident and family will be given a tour of the community. A team member will complete an informal interview with the family and potential resident to help establish eligibility. Medical records will be reviewed and a full application completed prior to admission.
During the admission process a physician’s statement of appropriateness of admission must be obtained by Golden Age Home. The contract for services must be signed and payment must be received.

Damage Deposit
Golden Age Home does require a damage deposit of $1,000 for admission. The deposit will be paid prior to move in and will be maintained separately from rental money.
Upon leaving Golden Age Home, the resident will receive full or partial refund of the damage deposit as appropriate. Funds will be retained for the replacement or repair of any item at Golden Age Home that has been damaged (examples include but not limited to the life line pendant, lost keys and carpet) in other than normal wear and tear.
At the time of the settlement of the damage deposit a list of items deducted from the damage deposit will be provided to the responsible party of the resident.
Room Hold Deposit
Potential residents may choose to put down a $1,000 nonrefundable room hold deposit. This deposit ensures that no one else will move into the specified room and it will be ready and available when the potential resident decides to move in. This room-hold is valid for 60 days. The room-hold deposit may be used as the damage deposit once the potential resident gains occupancy.
The cost of the daily Respite Room rate is $110.00 PLUS a Level of Care. The resident will be evaluated for level of care; Level 1 at $25 per day, Level 2 at $35 per day, or Level 3 at $45 per day. The cost of the Respite Room rate PLUS the Level of Care rate equal your total daily rate.
